We are a fully virtual mental health practice serving people in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Utah.
We honor the experiences we have of life due to our identities within our society.
We work with people from BIPOC communities, Spanish-speaking and immigrant backgrounds, and the LGBTQ+ communities who carry a lot from past experiences, life transitions, and systems that haven’t always made space for us.
Wo focus on the whole person, helping you reconnect with yourself, your body, and what it means to live a fuller, more grounded life.

There is little separation in terms of values, life includes healing and learning.
However, Jarytza has cultivated these skills and is ready and open to having discussions and sharing space and knowledge. To decrease burn-out (and because we live in a capitalistic society where money is needed to survive), the energy given to these shared spaces are being cultivated to be compensated through finances, or shared space when needed.
Emphasis on importance in being Trauma-informed with caring for others.
Emphasis in decolonizing our work to recognize oppressive nature of western helping professions.
